The lime flavor is not pronounced, but adds something that really rounds out the flavor of cauliflower rice. Granulated garlic can be used in place of fresh.

Ingredients For cauliflower rice

  • 3 lb
    cauliflower rice (approximate amount for giant pan)
  • few Tbsp
    olive oil
  • about 2 Tbsp
    minced garlic (about 10 cloves)
  • 6 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt (adjust to taste)
  • pepper to taste
  • optional onion powder to taste (1/2 tsp.)

How To Make cauliflower rice

  • 1
    Biggest pan. Drizzle olive oil into pan. Add garlic, then cauliflower on top. Heat. Add lime juice & other seasoning. Add water if necessary while cooking. Cook till cauliflower is just cooked through, but not mushy.
