about 2 Tbspminced garlic (about 10 cloves)

6 Tbsplime juice

1/2 tspsalt (adjust to taste)

pepper to taste

optional onion powder to taste (1/2 tsp.)
How To Make cauliflower rice

1Biggest pan. Drizzle olive oil into pan. Add garlic, then cauliflower on top. Heat. Add lime juice & other seasoning. Add water if necessary while cooking. Cook till cauliflower is just cooked through, but not mushy.
