Buffalo Cauliflower with Blue Cheese

I have made this and drizzled blue cheese dressing over which is equally as good.

  • 1
    head cauliflower broken into chunks
  • ·
    olive oil and salt
  • 1/4 c
    each crystal hot sauce and franks hot sauce
  • 1
    stick cold butter
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled blue cheese

How to Make Buffalo Cauliflower with Blue Cheese


  1. Preheat oven 450 degrees. Lay parchment paper on baking sheet. Add the cauliflower then drizzle olive oil and season with salt. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until browned and softened but not soggy.
  2. Place the two hot sauces in a sauce pan. Add the cooked cauliflower and stir when the sauce sizzles add the butter and let the butter melt stirring constantly
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with blue cheese
