bonnie’s buttery baked acorn squash

Recipe by

This is a delicious way to prepare Acorn Squash. I was looking for something different than the usual brown sugar when I found this wonderful Orange Marmalade fruit spread. It is a little milder than regular Orange Marmalade, and just perfect for this dish. I served the squash with pork chops, but I think it would be a great side dish with any pork, beef, chicken or fish. Enjoy.
