My son and I cooked together yesterday. This was one of the dishes we made. Got the recipe from campbells. But of corse we made changes.

Ingredients For bob's and blake's baked corn

  • 1/2 c
    each,red,yellow,and green bell pepper,diced.
  • 1 c
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken and broccoli soup
  • 3/4 c
    milk
  • 2 lg
    eggs.
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn,drained
  • 1 pkg
    corn muffen mix
  • 1/4 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 can
    french fried onions. (2.8 oz )

How To Make bob's and blake's baked corn

  • 1
    Pre-heat oven to350. in a large mixing bowl ,beat soup,eggs,milk,and cream cheest. Add peppers,mix. add muffen mix Parmesan cheese,and 1/2 of the onions . Mix till no longer lumpy.

    pour the mix in a 2 qt.baking dish.. Set in oven and bake for 35-45 min. remove top with remaning onions. and serve.
