How to Make Acorn Squash


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut squash in half and clean out the seeds.
  3. Cut each half in half so that squash is quartered.
  4. Place the squash pieces skin side down on a large baking pan.
  5. Brush each piece generously with the butter.
  6. Sprinkle each evenly with the brown sugar. One Tbsp on each piece.
  7. Sprinkle each with the cinnamon. 1 tsp on each.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until tender.
  10. Serve immediately.
