Simple Braised Cabbage
Cabbage only take three months growing time, one acre of cabbage will yield more edible vegetables than any other plant.
- 3 Tbsp
- butter (or margarine)
- 5 c
- shredded cabbage
- carrots, grated (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Simple Braised Cabbage
- 1Heat butter (or margarine) in skillet.
Add cabbage and carrots
- 2Saute' over medium high heat until tender but crisp, for about 4 minutes
- 3Add salt and pepper to taste.
