Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    egg noodles
  • (2) 10oz pkg
    frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 c
    (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk (i used 2%)
  • 3
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 pkg
    onion soup mix (from 2-ounce box)
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Noodles Pennsylvania Dutch Kluski

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray. In a large pot of boiling water,cook noodles until tender. Drain. .
  2. In a large bowl,mix all ingredients together. Place mixture in baking dish and cover tightly. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until slightly golden around edges.
