3 to 4 lgtomatoes, sliced, use different colored tomatoes if available

1/3 colive oil

1/4 cred wine vinegar

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 clovegarlic, crushed

2 Tbspsnipped parsley

2 Tbspfinely chopped onion
How To Make marinated sliced tomatoes

1Arrange tomatoes in a large shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake well. Pour over tomato slices. Cover and refrigerate for several hours.
