I love Cole slaw, but the fat is unbelievable in it. This is a healthy Coleslaw recipe using a vinaigrette dressing. I came up with it doing some experimenting in the kitchen tweaking a recipe. It is really delicious. You can also use the dressing on Broccoli slaw, green salads, top burgers, and chicken sandwiches with it etc. hope you all enjoy it.
