Impress your dinner guests with this gorgeous new take on coleslaw! This recipe was a Wisconsin State Fair winner. It is an incredible blend of flavors... a real update to the usual coleslaw recipe. This has become the only way that my family likes me to prepare coleslaw. An amazing addition to any meal, especially grilled foods. Although it's perfect for summer grilling, the addition of cranberries makes it a colorful addition to your Thanksgiving or Christmas buffet. I originally found this recipe in Midwest Living magazine.
