How to Make Chinese Ginger and Orange Broccoli
- 1In a medium size bowl, combine stock, juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic and ginger, mix well and set aside.
- 2In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium high heat and add broccoli, let cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 3Add sauce mixture to skillet and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened.
- 4Remove from heat and serve.
