I found this recipe in the recipe box that my daughters Grandmother gave me. Although I'm not sure where she got it. It has become a family favorite.

Ingredients

5 slice
bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsp
onion, chopped
2 Tbsp
butter
2 Tbsp
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1 c
sour cream
2 (12) oz
cans whole kernnel corn,drained
1 Tbsp
fresh parsley, chopped

How to Make Baked Corn in Sour Cream

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Sauté onion in butter, blend in flour and salt.
  • 2Gradually add sour cream, stirring until mixture is smooth.
  • 3Heat to boiling, add corn and heat thoroughly,
  • 4Fold in half of the bacon. Spoon into greased casserole, top with parsley and remaining bacon.

    Bake for 30 to 45 minutes
