Baked Corn in Sour Cream
5 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
2 Tbsponion, chopped
2 Tbspall purpose flour
1 csour cream
2 (12) ozcans whole kernnel corn,drained
1 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
How to Make Baked Corn in Sour Cream
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole.
Sauté onion in butter, blend in flour and salt.
- Gradually add sour cream, stirring until mixture is smooth.
- Heat to boiling, add corn and heat thoroughly,
- Fold in half of the bacon. Spoon into greased casserole, top with parsley and remaining bacon.
Bake for 30 to 45 minutes
