Ingredients For cheese and fresh herb quiche

    9" refrigerated pie crust
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded gruyere cheese
  • 1/2 c
    crumbled feta cheese
  • 5
    eggs
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp
    minced fresh dill

How To Make cheese and fresh herb quiche

    Sprinkle the cheeses into the pie shell. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and cream until blended. Stir in herbs. Pour over top of cheese.

    In a preheated 400º oven, bake on a lower rack for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
