I found this recipe on Facebook. The original recipe was called Bacon and onion foil packet potatoes and was great but I am trying to stay away from as much processed foods as possible and wanted all organic. Plus the recipe was mainly a dinner side but I wanted to do something for breakfast. So I changed it up a bit and this is my personal remake.
The original recipe called for 1 packet of onion soup powder & grated cheese which was optional. I added bell pepper, garlic, mushroom, parsley and paprikal.
Cook on the grill or in the oven!
My son and I both loved this recipe!
