Another of my many Sloppy Joe recipes.

I don't think I've ever bored my family with the same old Sloppy Joe recipe. LOL!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • salt
    and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1 small
    green pepper, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 5 1/2 oz
    tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp
    yellow or dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 jar(s)
    chili sauce
  • a
    couple squirts of worcestershire sauce

How to Make ~ Sloppy Joe's ~

Step-by-Step

  1. In skillet or dutch oven, over medium heat - brown ground beef along with onions, pepper and garlic. Drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve on favorite buns.
