i create a eighth recipe of tiger sauce creation:what if alfredo,mushrooms and penne pasta are combined with tiger sauce,it has 3 kind of mushrooms:cremini,white and portabella,it very good with roast whole chicken and buttered corn.

    shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg
    (12 ounces) uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 2 c
    sliced cremini muhroooms
  • 2 c
    sliced portobello mushrooms
  • 2 c
    sliced white mushrooms
  • 2 tsp
    sea salt/black pepper
  • 2 c
    tiger sauce,divided
  • 1 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 1 jar
    roasted garlic alfredo sauce
  • 1 pkg
    (4 ounces) cream cheese,softened
  • 2 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese

How To Make tiger mushroom alfredo casserole?

    Cook penne pasta according to package directions.Drain.

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Grease a 13- x 9-inch baking dish.Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Heat olive oil in a large,deep skillet over medium heat.Add sliced cremini,portobello and white mushrooms,season with sea salt/black pepper and saute for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.

    Remove from heat.Stir in 1 cup tiger sauce.

    Heat margarine in a medium saucepan over low heat.Combine alfredo sauce,cream cheese and remaining tiger sauce.Stir and simmer for 8 minutes until thickened.Remove from heat.

    Add cooked penne pasta and sauteed mushrooms;stir together until combined.

    Transfer to the prepared baking dish.Sprinkle with monterey jack cheese.Bake in 375 degrees,for 30 minutes.
