How to Make Sweet and Tasty Passover Pineapple Kugel
- Combine eggs and sugar in large bowl and beat well, stir in pineapple and set aside.
- Place farfel in another bowl, and add just enough warm .water to cover, allow to sit for 3 minutes and then drain in colander.
- Add farfel to egg mixture and stir well.
Add melted butter, and stir well.
- Transfer to greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
