butter, softened
3/4 c

sugar
4 lg

eggs
1 (20oz.) can

crushed pineapple
1 tsp

lemon juice
1/4 tsp

nutmeg
3 c

stale white bread, cubed

How To Make pineapple casserole

Cream butter and sugar

Add eggs and beat well

Add pineapple and stir

Add lemon juice and nutmeg then fold in bread

Pour in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
