    (9 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans,thawed
  • 2 c
    crushed flamin' hot cheetos,divided
  • 10
    bacon strips
  • 10
    small fresh mushrooms,chopped
  • 2 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    hot sauce
  • 1 can
    condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1/2 c
    pickled jalapeno liquid
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How To Make flamin' hot cheetos green bean casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Place green beans into a 1 quart casserole dish.Add 1 cup crushed flamin' hot cheetos,mix well.

    Fry bacon in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat until brown and crispy.Remove to drain on paper towels,put cooked bacon on a plate.Drain off some of the grease,back to the skillet.

    Add mushrooms to the grease in the skillet and season with crushed red pepper,onion powder and hot sauce.Cook and stir until tender,about 3 minutes.

    In a medium bowl,combine cheddar cheese soup,half and half and jalapeno liquid,whisk together until blended.

    Pour the mixture into the skillet with the mushrooms and stir to scrape the bacon flavor from the bottom of the skillet.Simmer until thickened slightly,about 5 minutes.

    Pour over the green bean mixture.Crumble bacon over the top,sprinkle with parmesan cheese and remaining crushed flamin' hot cheetos.

    Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven until the sauce is bubbling and the top is toasted.
