Not only are these scalloped potatoes easy to make, but they're also delicious. Parboiling the potatoes ahead of time speeds up the cooking process. The cheese sauce is so creamy and cheesy. The addition of ham pieces adds another depth of flavor to the side dish. The scalloped potatoes would be an easy holiday side dish. Or, it can be made after the holiday with leftover ham.
