Just another random, threw-it-togetheron-the-fly concoction that I realized was beyond delish. ;) My fiance HATES bean sprouts ... but he really like this stuff. :)

Ingredients For my favorite "fried rice"

  • 1 c
    white rice, cooked and chilled
  • 1 c
    cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 c
    bean sprouts
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    teriyaki sauce
  • 2
    whole eggs, scrambled & crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How To Make my favorite "fried rice"

  • 1
    Sautee mushrooms in large skillet with soy sauce, until tender. Set aside.

    Sautee bean sprouts in skillet with teriyaki sauce, until tender. Set aside.

    Add oil to skillet, and fry rice & eggs until hot and lightly browned.
  • 4
    Combine mushrooms, sprouts & rice. Add more soy or teriyaki sauce to taste. Serve hot.
