Just another random, threw-it-togetheron-the-fly concoction that I realized was beyond delish. ;) My fiance HATES bean sprouts ... but he really like this stuff. :)

Ingredients For my favorite "fried rice"

1 cwhite rice, cooked and chilled

1 ccremini mushrooms, sliced

1 cbean sprouts
-
1/4 csoy sauce
-
1/4 cteriyaki sauce
-
2whole eggs, scrambled & crumbled
-
2 Tbspvegetable oil
How To Make my favorite "fried rice"

1Sautee mushrooms in large skillet with soy sauce, until tender. Set aside.

2Sautee bean sprouts in skillet with teriyaki sauce, until tender. Set aside.

3Add oil to skillet, and fry rice & eggs until hot and lightly browned.

4Combine mushrooms, sprouts & rice. Add more soy or teriyaki sauce to taste. Serve hot.
