When my family visited the community of Stuttgart, Arkansas we drove by Producers Rice Mill and purchases 20 pounds of rice. This is one of the recipes that my family has enjoyed with the rice.

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    cooked and cooled rice
  • 1/2 c
    onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    sweet pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c
    pimentos, diced
  • 1/2 c
    celery, chopped
  • 2
    hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    green pepper, chopped

How to Make Easy Rice Salad

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Chill for several hours.
  3. Serve on lettuce leaves
