I love this recipe because I can put it in the oven and then concentrate on cooking something else. LOL. Great for when I'm grilling seafood or chicken outside and can't stand inside stirring!

Ingredients For curried orange rice

1 clong grain rice, uncooked

1 cchopped onion

1 cchopped celery

1 cwater

1 cchicken broth

1 corange juice
-
1orange, peeled, seeded, and chopped

2 Tbspraisins

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspcurry powder
How To Make curried orange rice

1Combine all the ingredients in an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish, stirring well.

2Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid has all been absorbed.

3Serve immediately.
