How To Make whipped onion potatoes

Add onions and potatoes to a pot and fill with water until vegetables are just covered. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender. Drain.

Using a hand electric mixer (or stand mixer, if you prefer), beat the potatoes, onions, butter, milk, salt and pepper until almost smooth or until desired consistency.
