Ingredients

How to Make Swedish potato sausage

Step-by-Step

  1. Leaving skins on potatoes, grind together first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add salt, pepper and allspice.
  3. Hold all in a roaster, mixing well..
  4. 1# of sausage is roughly 1' of casing. Stuff casings. Freeze or boil in water for approx 45 minutes.
