Well, friends here is another of my famous cut-and-paste recipes. Actually, I don't cut and paste--I type them out myself. Yes, I found it on the Internet, which doesn't make it any better or worse than any other recipe. I plan to try this and enjoy it. I hope you will too. Recipe & photo: betterrecipes.com 09-01-15

Ingredients For savory cheesy cheese potatoes

  • 2 pkg
    (16 oz.ea.) sour cream
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg
    ranch dip mix
  • 1 lg
    (30 oz.) bag shredded hash brown potatoes

How To Make savory cheesy cheese potatoes

    In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cheddar cheese, and ranch dip mix. Then mix in hash browns.

    Place potatoes into a non-stick baking dish or an oiled baking pan.

    Bake in a preheated 400º oven for about an hour. Serve as a spread on bread or crackers, or as a simple side dish.
