Ingredients For roadhouse potatoes

3 c.half & half

1/2 c.butter
-
1 tsp.salt

blackground pepper

2 lb.frozen hash browns, thawed

1/2 c.grated parmesan cheese
How To Make roadhouse potatoes

1Heat up cream and butter. Add salt and pepper. Put potatoes in a greased glass 9x12" dish. Pour cream mix over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake uncovered. Bake 325 for 1 hour
