I have a hard time finding My favorite POTATO SALAD SEASONINGS. So I have Found this Combination and I mix it up and Makes a delicious Seasonings to any Potato or Macaroni Salad.

I have also used this on Green salads as a compliment. You'll be amazed @ all the flavor in just one bottle.

NOTE: I tripple and more this recipe, to be sure to have Plenty on hand for the Smmer Salad Season.

Ingredients

  • MIX THE FOLLOWING & GRIND IN A COFFEE GRINDER

  • 1 TBS
    blk pepper
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    powdered chicken bouillon
  • 1 Tbs
    dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    celery seeds
  • 1 tsp
    marjoram leaves, dried
  • 1 lg
    bay leaves, dried
  • 1 tsp
    dried dill . . . optional

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix well and grind in a coffee grinder
    (I use a dedicated Coffee Grinder as my spice grinder)found mine @ a thrift store
  2. store in glass jar with air tight cap

    NOTE:
    I usually tripple this recipe as this Recipe Makes one family size Salad. (Makes ONE seasoning per salad).
    Just to have on hand.
