My new twist on wedge potatoes, otherwise known as "JOE JOES" Do you ever get a taste for a snackie poo?? This recipe will guaranted to fill that craving!! LONG POTATO FINGERS, kissed with a CARIBBEAN Flavor! A great snack anytime or while watching sports on T.V. The serving plate is 10 inches wide, so you can see how long the wedges are! Ingredients For panco baked potato wedge fingers,kissed w/lime

  • 1 lg
    baking potato... per person.. about 7-8 inches long.
  • olive oil
  • mrs dash...caribbean citrus...seasoning
  • salt & pepper
  • mayonnaise
  • panco...bread crumbs

How To Make panco baked potato wedge fingers,kissed w/lime

    Wash and scrub a baking potato. DO not peel. Cut length wise in half. Then cut in quarters. Then cut each quarter in half. This should give you 8 long fingers.( I had 9)

    Brush a little olive oil on potatoes. Then sprinkle with MRS Dash CARIBBEAN CITRUS seasoning. Put on a baking sheet in a pre-heated oven at 350F. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turning once.

    Remove pan and brush mayonaise on warm potatoes, and roll in Panko crumbs. Place back in the oven,and bake for an aditional 15 to 20 minutes.Until soft centers. Turning over one time.

    When done. Remove from oven, place on a plate... with a small serving of mayonnaie mixed with MRS Dash Carribean CITRUS seasoning.. Serve and enjoy. Usually bake 1 potato per person.
