cold mashed sweet potatoes
1In a mixing bowl, beat sweet potatoes, sugar,milk, softened butter, eggs,salt, and vanilla until smooth.
2Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish.
3Topping: In a small bowl,combine brown sugar,pecans and flour; cut in cold butter until crumbley. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
4Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 49-50 minutes or until golden brown.
