Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    red potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 3/4 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/ tsp
    black ground pepper

How to Make Crusty Potato Wedges

Step-by-Step

  1. preheat oven 400 degrees, spray a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into wedges. combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Add potatoes to bowl; toss until well coated with mixture.
  3. Spread potato wedges in a single layer in the prepared baking dish leaving a little space between wedges if possible
  4. Bake potatoes for 10 mins. Turn over wedges and bake another 10 mins. let slightly cool before you serve.
