Ingredients For creamy bacon potato salad

  • 2 1/2 lb
    potatoes, peeled
  • 8 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 sm
    bunch green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 c
    marzetti slaw dressing
  • 1 tsp
    celery seeds
  • 1 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sea salt

How To Make creamy bacon potato salad

  • 1
    Slice potatoes in 1/4" discs. Place in a large pot and add water to cover top by 1". Bring to a boil for about 10-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    In a small bowl, add green onions, slaw dressing, celery seed, hot sauce and salt, stirring until blended.

    Mix dressing mixture gently with potatoes and bacon crumbles. Stir carefully just until potatoes are coated.
