I like to try different veggie dishes/casseroles, especially in the fall/winter. I find this one easy and good.

Ingredients For cheesy potatoes

6 Tbspbtter or margarine

1can cream of chicken soup

1 c.sour cream

1 Tbspdied minced onion

132 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed

2 c.cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheesy potatoes

1mix butter, soup, sour cream, and onions in a large bowl. Stir in thawed hash browns and cheese.

2Place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 1 hr., til bubbly and slightly brown on top.

3if you cook just a little bit longer it will have a crunchy crust; season with just bit salt/pepper
