I like to try different veggie dishes/casseroles, especially in the fall/winter. I find this one easy and good.

Ingredients For cheesy potatoes

  • 6 Tbsp
    btter or margarine
  • 1
    can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c.
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    died minced onion
  • 1
    32 oz. pkg. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 2 c.
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make cheesy potatoes

  • 1
    mix butter, soup, sour cream, and onions in a large bowl. Stir in thawed hash browns and cheese.

    Place in 9x13 pan. Bake 350 for 1 hr., til bubbly and slightly brown on top.

    if you cook just a little bit longer it will have a crunchy crust; season with just bit salt/pepper
