Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    bag of southern frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    dried minced onion
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c
    milk, 2%
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1 can(s)
    french's french fried onions
  • 2 c
    shredded sharp cheddar

How to Make Cheesy Baked Hash Brown Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese and french fried onions in a large bowl. Transfer to a greased 9X13 baking dish. Top with cheese and cover. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and remove cover. Sprinkle french fried onions on top and return to oven for 3-5 minutes.
