Ingredients
- 4 pounds new red potatoes, unpeeled (about 24)
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra-virgin
- 2 env zesty italian dressing mix, dry
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make broasted new potatoes

Step 1Pour the oil in a ziplock bag & add the potatoes. Shake to coat well.

Step 2Add the salad dressing mix & shake well until all the potatoes are coated. Place potatoes into slow cooker & add water & cook on LOW 8 hours or on HIGH 4 hours.
