Ingredients

  • 6 large
    potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic
  • 2 tsp
    sweet mustard
  • 4 tsp
    cottage cheese
  • 1 pinch
    baking powder
  • 1 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 2 dash(es)
    chives, dried
  • 6 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Best Smashed Potatoes with a Twist

Step-by-Step

  1. Peel potatoes and boil till soft bit not mashed
  2. Mix All ingredients together
  3. Place whole potatoes on a greased baking Tray
  4. Smash each potatoe into a biscuit size with rough edges
  5. Spoon the mixture over the smashed potatoes
  6. Sprinkle olive oil over each potatoe
  7. Bake in oven at grill till crispy
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over and grill another 5 minutes
