Ingredients For baby potatoes with rosemary

5 lbassorted small potatoes (red, white, purple and/or golden), each cut in half or quarters

1/4 colive oil

2 Tbspchopped fresh rosemary (or sometimes i use dried)

1 1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspcoarsely ground black pepper

garnish with rosemary sprigs
How To Make baby potatoes with rosemary

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place cut potatoes in large roasting pan; toss with olive oil, chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.

2Roast potatoes for 30-40 minutes; turning occasionally with metal spatula, until fork-tender. Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
