Ingredients For veggie crunch pasta salad

  • 16 oz
    cavatappi pasta
  • 3 c
    mixed crunchy bagged veggies
  • 4 oz
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    fresh cilantro
  • 2 c
    miracle whip or mayo your preference
  • 3 Tbsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 tsp
    celery salt
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make veggie crunch pasta salad

  • 1
    cook the pasta in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse in cold water until cold. Mix the pasta with the crunchy vegetable blend and cilantro. Set aside.

    In a separate bowl mix the miracle whip, mustard, sugar, heavy cream, celery salt and salt and pepper.

    Pour over the pasta mixture and mix well. Serve cold
