Pasta with Blue Cheese & Broccoli Sauce
8 ozpasta of choice
1head broccoli cut into small florets
1 Tbspfresh oregano
1 cmascarpone cheese
4 ozblue cheese chopped
·salt and pepper to taste
·fresh grated parmesan for serving
How to Make Pasta with Blue Cheese & Broccoli Sauce
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water about 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes throw in the broccoli. Then drain.
- Meanwhile melt the Mascarpone and blue cheese in small saucepan over med. heat. Add the oregano. Pour over the pasta and broccoli and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve with freshly grated Parmesan
