No one will guess this super creamy macaroni and cheese is gluten-free. The combination of cheeses pairs well to create an amazing cheese sauce. Horseradish and stone-ground mustard add a nice tang. Baked until golden brown, this macaroni and cheese recipe is delicious.

    gluten-free pasta cooked according to package directions (12 oz)

    Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 4 slice
    American cheese, torn into pieces
  • 2 oz
    Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    horseradish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    stone ground mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How To Make gluten-free macaroni and cheese

  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
