This version of baked beans is different, but so delicious. The three textures of these beans go together and POP in your mouth. My mom always made the pork N beans version, I make a version like hers but don't put bacon strips across the top. This 3 bean version is great hot or cold, is extremely easy and people remember it, and love it when I take it to pot-lucks. No family gathering can happen without my Mom's version or this vegetarian version!
