bonnie’s roasted pears and red onions

Recipe by

We had this dish of Roasted Pears and Red Onions for our evening meal, and we both really liked this humble recipe. Salt, pepper and oil is all that is needed for seasoning, and roasting brings a whole new level of flavor to the onions and the pears. We couldn't stop eating it! Next time, I can't wait to try adding some sweet potatoes to the dish. Enjoy!
