Ingredients For cornbread dressing

12 cup recipe of baked cornbread

1 lgonion, chopped
-
1stalk celery, chopped about 2 cups
-
chicken or turkey broth as needed

1 Tbspsage or poltery seasoning, adjust to taste

salt and pepper to taste
- OPTIONAL

1 lbcooked sausage or

1 canoysters or fresh oysters
How To Make cornbread dressing

1Bake cornbread the day before and crumble.

2Add to cornbread onions and celery.

3Add a cup at a time broth until wet enough for your taste.

4Add seasonings and taste to adjust.

5Place in greased pan and bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes or until brown.
