  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 8 oz
    jarlsberg cheese
  • 2 slice
    ham,cut into long,thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp
    leek,finely sliced

How to Make Cheese Custard


  1. Whisk the eggs lightly with milk and salt. Heat butter in a pan until golden brown. Pour into egg mixture. Sprinkle all the cheese over egg mixture and top with finely sliced leeks and ham.Cover the pan and cover over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.Custard should be fimly set and puffed when done
