Here is one recipe that I think is easy and also special, and a tasty addition to any holiday meal or dinner party.
Ingredients

1 can(s)14 oz. ,pineapple, cubes, drained reserve juice

1 can(s)14 oz., peach halves, drained

1 can(s)14 oz., apricots, drained

1 can(s)14 oz. pears, drained

1/2 clight brown sugar

1/2 stickbutter

3 tspcurry powder
How to Make Curried Fruit - Joyce's Recipe Shared
- Drain all fruit and reserve 1/2 cup fruite juice. Place all fruit in a casserole, and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine brown sugar, butter and curry with juice in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour over fruit in the casserole and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with a slotted spoon. It goes well with chicken, fish or ham.
