To this day the Scotch Egg is a popular pub snack in British pubs.I adapted my recipe from the one referenced in the video and used breakfast sausage instead of ham...."
INGREDIENTS

1 lb breakfast sausage

1/4 cup bread crumbs
•
1/2 tsp Allspice
•
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
•
Salt to taste
•
Pepper to taste

1 egg yolk - well beaten
