How to Make Liver Sandwich Spread
- Steam the liver for 25 minutes in a tightly covered pan.
- Cool and put the liver through a meat grinder. I just pulsed it a few times in the food processor. Mince eggs.
- Brown the onions in melted butter. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper.
- Store in the fridge in an air tight container until ready to use.
- Spread on bread or toast.
