katsu sauce

I needed katsu sauce for a recipe (Okinomayaki), but couldn't find it in any of our grocery stores (standard or oriental). So my husband looked it up and found this recipe on Allrecipes.com. I chose not to keep the recipe it's for, but it's ketchup-with-a-bite, and good enough to keep on it's own. I could see it being delicious on hamburgers and such.
