When roasted, garlic has a much different taste than when it's raw. It releases its natural sugars becoming caramelized with a mild, sweet flavor. Using roasted garlic enhances the flavor of what it's added to, giving the dish a naturally sweet, buttery, richness that is like nothing else.

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cut the top half off the garlic bulb. Throw away the top portion.

  8. Serve with crackers, bread, alongside a dip, etc.
